TOBY

Toby was surrendered to the SPCA because his owner was unable to pay for his medical care. You see, he came in to us with a fractured back leg. The Kent County SPCA staff Veterinarian took care of him, and fostered him until he was all healed up. His leg IS healed, but is shorter than his other hind leg. He holds it up when he runs, but can walk on it just fine.

Toby is about 7 months old, he does great with kids and other dogs. He already knows how to sit, give paw, speak on command and come when called!!!
