Well as you could imagine, Rich loves to talk sports anytime of the day, and you could tune into his fast-talking ways, weekdays as host of "In The Zone" from 3PM-6PM right here on 1290 The Ticket! You might even hear him do some sports reporting for 1450 WILM Newsradio.

Rich's experience has kept him busy over the years...

Fresh out of college, Rich landed a job at N.F.L. Films in New Jersey as a Motion Picture Technician and a grunt in the famed "Vault Library".
Around the same time, Rich was hired as an Assistant Sports Director for 1360 WNJC in South Jersey, where he hosted his own weekly NFL show. He has also made stops in Philly and Ohio.
He finally came to Delaware in 2005, as a weekend morning sports anchor for WILM before moving on to 1290 The Ticket. In July, Rich just celebrated his 2-Year Anniversary of host of "In the Zone". He has also appeared on Fox Sports Radio "Out of Bounds" show and is heard weekly on Fox Sports Radio 1200 in Florida as an "N.F.L. Insider".
Rich has interviewed some of the biggest names in sports, media, entertainment, and politics over the years...including Donovan McNabb, Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Joe Frazier, Bernard Hopkins, Kevin Harvick, Dan Patrick, Harry Kalas, Phil Simms, Bert Sugar, Chris "Mad Dog" Russo, Jon Bon Jovi, Chazz Palminteri ( A Bronx Tale), Joe Gannascoli (The Sopranos) and Delaware Gov. Jack Markell.
Rich also has a strong focus on local sports and some of his frequent guests over the past two years have been..Flyers Head Coach John Stevens, Sixers GM and President Ed Stefanski, Boxing great Dave Tiberi, Phillies announcer Chris "Wheels" Wheeler, Eagles' fullback Leonard Weaver, and current Browns CB Hank Poteat (Bear Resident).
When "Q" is not working..He enjoys spending time with his friends and family and you can usually catch him in the gyms of Camden, NJ or hanging out in ACity and the Jersey Shore.
Some things you might not know about "Q"..He is a freelance sports writer and his one-air work was honored by the Delaware Press Association, as he garnered Third Place Honors for Best "Radio Talk Show", as well as Second Place Honors for Best "Radio Interview" in 2008.
Rich graduated from York College in 1997 with a degree in communications and journalism. He is a native New Yorker and is not shy about being critical of the teams he grew up rooting for. An avid Boxing Fan, Rich makes it a point to talk Boxing at least once a week with his listening audience.
